The Community Redevelopment Agency will hold an open house meeting to update the City’s Community Redevelopment Plan on August 10, 2018. Come anytime between 9AM and 6PM at the City Auditorium located at 7690 59th Street N, Pinellas Park, FL 33781.
Residents, business owners and operators, property owners, visitors, artists and entrepreneurs are encouraged to drop by the open house to learn more about the Pinellas Park Community Redevelopment Area, the Redevelopment Plan update process and to talk about your ideas, aspirations and vision for the community!
PLAN UPDATE KICKOFF
On June 26, 2018 the S&ME Team met with City of Pinellas Park Staff to kick off the 8-month Pinellas Park Redevelopment Plan Update process. The Pinellas Park Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Staff led a guided tour of the Redevelopment Area pointing out CRA accomplishments, discussing existing programming, and identifying areas of special concern. Following the tour, the S&ME Team and CRA staff had several one-on-one meetings with CRA business owners, residents and stakeholders, that were identified by City Staff, to discuss their perspectives on the Community Redevelopment Agency accomplishments, successes, and the remaining challenges for the Pinellas Park CRA. That same evening, the S&ME Team presented before City Council the Community Redevelopment Plan Update process that will take place over the coming months.
